Booking & Cancellation Policy We appreciate your business and want to make scheduling as easy and fair as possible. Your appointment is reserved once your booking is confirmed and any required deposit or payment is received. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we have an opportunity to offer the time to another customer. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit. We understand that unexpected situations happen. Please reach out as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to work with you. Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a fee. Any additional services requested during your appointment will be discussed with you before additional charges are applied. By booking with us, you agree to this policy.
